  • Super simple recipe using ingredients normally found at home! (tastes & smells a bit like banana bread) -cinnamon and nutmeg adds pizzazz and adds an unexpected unique flavour! definitely use! Don't have apple sauce? -Substitute for a small (fist sized) blended spartan apple for the same mushy texture as store bought apple sauce! -be sure to add the yogurt to add a little more moisture to the bread
