Use tzatziki as a dip or dressing for grilled meat or sandwiches
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ long English cucumber, grated
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and pressed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
- pita bread
- measuring cups
- measuring spoons
- garlic press
- Mix all ingredients, except pita bread, in bowl.
- Serve with pita bread for dipping.
