Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 juice box or 1 cup of juice
  • handful of frozen or fresh blackberries
  • handful of frozen or fresh strawberries
  • handful of frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 small container or 1/2 cup of yogurt

Equipment

  • measuring cup
  • blender
  • spatula
  • cup or mug

Directions

  1. First put juice and yogurt in the blender and blend it up.
  2. Add blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and banana to the blender.
  3. Blend it all together.
