Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles
When it's peak summertime, here's your popsicle!
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen or fresh (hulled) strawberries
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- juice of 1 lime
Equipment
- cutting board and knife
- measuring cups and spoons
- blender
- popsicle mould and sticks
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle mould, fill ¾ full. (Don't forget to put the popsicle sticks in!)
- Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or until frozen.
