Strawberry Lemon Popsicles!
Best with local BC berries when they are super ripe.
- 3 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup berry sugar (or to taste)
- measuring cup
- food processor
- popsicle molds
- Wash and stem the strawberries and place in food processor.
- Add the juice of 1 lemon and the sugar.
- Purée and pour into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
So easy and so delicious! My 7-year-old son makes them himself.
