Salmon Soup
Only 5 ingredients and 5 simple steps and voila!
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 3 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 1 small can of tomato paste
Equipment
- large pot
- can opener
- cutting board
- sharp knife
- measuring cup
Directions
- Boil 3 cups of water.
- When boiling, add whole can of tomato paste and stir until well blended.
- Peel and cut the carrots and potatoes into big pieces and add to the soup. Wait for them to soften.
- Add the fish with some chopped green onions.
- Add salt and pepper for taste.
