NYU Pizza (Not Your Usual Pizza)

It only takes four ingredients to make this quick pizza!

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 1 Tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup coarsely crushed potato chips (your favourite flavour)


  • baking sheet
  • tablespoon
  • 1/4 cup measure
  • cheese grater
  • serving plate


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Place tortilla on baking sheet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on top of tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp of grated cheese on top.
  5. Sprinkle with crushed chips.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake in oven until cheese melts.
