Mango Lassi Breakfast Bowl
A bright ray of sunshine to get your day off to a good start.
- 1 cup kefir
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- ½ cup diced thawed peach slices
- ½ cup diced thawed mango chunks
- 2 Tbsp toasted sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp dried cherries
- 2 tsp chia seeds

- cutting board and knife
- In blender, blend kefir, mango, peaches, banana, honey and ginger until smooth and thick.
- Divide evenly between 2 bowls.
- Garnish with diced peaches, mangoes, almonds, cherries and chia seeds.
You can replace the peaches with frozen pineapple and the chia seeds with hemp seeds.
