Mango Lassi Breakfast Bowl

  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • ½ cup diced thawed peach slices
  • ½ cup diced thawed mango chunks
  • 2 Tbsp toasted sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp dried cherries
  • 2 tsp chia seeds


  • measuring cups and spoons
  • cutting board and knife
  • blender


  1. In blender, blend kefir, mango, peaches, banana, honey and ginger until smooth and thick.
  2. Divide evenly between 2 bowls.
  3. Garnish with diced peaches, mangoes, almonds, cherries and chia seeds.

You can replace the peaches with frozen pineapple and the chia seeds with hemp seeds.
