Easy Creamy Hummus
It only takes five ingredients to make this super creamy hummus!
Ingredients
- 1 (540 mL) can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
Equipment
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Can opener
- Blender or food processor
- Spatula
- Serving bowl
Directions
- Drain chickpeas and add to blender or food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Scoop into a serving bowl and smooth the top with spatula. You can use the spatula to give the top a decorative swirl.
- Offer pita triangles or raw vegetables to dip. Hummus also makes a tasty wrap or sandwich filling!
