Cucumber Yogurt Dip
Enjoy this refreshing dip with your favourite fresh cut vegetables, such as bell pepper strips, carrots sticks, celery sticks, or snap peas!
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 small red onion (diced)
- 1 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 1 seedless cucumber (peeled & diced)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground pepper

- individual serving containers
Directions
- Blend ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour into individual serving containers.
- Keep cold until ready to eat.
