Ingredients

  • handful of strawberries, cut in half (4–5 whole berries)
  • 1 ripe banana, broken into chunks
  • 3 spoonfuls of yogurt (we love French vanilla)
  • splash of milk
  • handful of crushed ice

Equipment

  • knife
  • spoon
  • blender

Directions

  1. Blend.
  2. Pour.
  3. Enjoy!

This smoothie is also delicious with the addition of other miscellaneous fruits and veggies that might be in your fridge. Common add-ins for us include blueberries, kale, spinach and mango!
