Black & Orange Ghoulicious Dip

Ingredients
- 1 package tortillas (sun-dried tomato tortillas work great)
- carrot sticks
- orange pepper slices
- black bean dip*
Equipment
- jack-o'-lantern cookie cutters
- cutting board and knife
- bowl for dip
Directions
- Use the jack-o'-lantern cookie cutters to cut shapes out of the tortillas.
- Serve dip with tortillas, carrot sticks and pepper slices for a ghoulicious black and orange halloween treat.
