Baby Bok Choy
A quick and delicious addition to any weeknight supper!
Ingredients
- baby bok choy
- salt
- oyster sauce
Equipment
- shallow saucepan with lid
- colander
Directions
- Fill a shallow saucepan with water to a depth of about 1".
- Add salt, and bring to a boil.
- Rinse the baby bok choy.
- When water is at the boil, add the baby bok choy. Cover and cook for about 2 minutes, or just until the colour starts to change.
- Drain immediately and place on a serving plate. Drizzle with oyster sauce.
