- 3–4 lb chuck roast
- 1 package (28 g) dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 package dry au jus mix
- 8 Tbsp butter (1/2 cup)
- 5 pepperoncini peppers

- Place chuck roast in crock pot.
- Sprinkle on ranch dressing mix, add in package of au jus mix, butter and the pepperoncini peppers. DO NOT ADD WATER.
- Cook on low for 7–8 hours.
