Mississippi Roast Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3–4 lb chuck roast
  • 1 package (28 g) dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package dry au jus mix
  • 8 Tbsp butter (1/2 cup)
  • 5 pepperoncini peppers

  1. Place chuck roast in crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle on ranch dressing mix, add in package of au jus mix, butter and the pepperoncini peppers. DO NOT ADD WATER.
  3. Cook on low for 7–8 hours.
