Vikram's Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 454 g hamburger meat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1.5 tsp. red chilis
  • 3 tsp. garam masala
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

  • Measuring spoons
  • Mixing spoon
  • Frying pan or barbecue
  • Spatula

  1. Chop chilis.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Divide mixture into 6 equal balls and mold into patties.
  4. Cook on medium heat on the barbecue or in a pan until meat reaches 74°C (165°F).
  5. Serve on hamburger buns with mustard or mayonnaise.
