Cucumber Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 small red onion (diced)
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 seedless cucumber (peeled & diced)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

  1. Blend ingredients together in a bowl. 
  2. Pour into individual serving containers. 
  3. Keep cold until ready to eat.
