Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 3–4 cans pork and beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • .5 pound or more sausage (I use hot sausage)
  • 1/2 cup or more ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp or more brown sugar, to taste

  • cutting board and knife
  • sauté pan
  • wooden spoon
  • can opener
  • measuring cup and spoons
  • casserole dish

  1. Brown sausage in sauté pan. Drain.
  2. Sauté onions with browned sausage.
  3. Mix beans, sausage, and onion with ketchup and sugar in casserole dish
  4. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes or more.
