Baby Bok Choy

  • baby bok choy

  • oyster sauce

  1. Fill a shallow saucepan with water to a depth of about 1".
  2. Add salt, and bring to a boil.
  3. Rinse the baby bok choy.
  4. When water is at the boil, add the baby bok choy. Cover and cook for about 2 minutes, or just until the colour starts to change.
  5. Drain immediately and place on a serving plate. Drizzle with oyster sauce.
