We love sushi. But when we can’t get to the sushi restaurant, we simply make our own at home, but in a bowl! First cook the rice and then add your favourite sushi roll ingredients on top of the rice. Some options our family loves are avocado, cucumber, tofu, seafood, cooked yams, and carrots. Top everything with seaweed and soy sauce (you can also add ginger, spicy mayo, and wasabi). Enjoy!
