The art of pickling has been passed down throughout our family for generations. We specially chose to share our pickling recipe as a way of preserving our family history while at the same time preserving vegetables! Alex and I love to experiment in the kitchen and thus decided to try pickling all sorts of vegetables that we've grown to love since coming to Canada. We're always finding new ways to combine my knowledge of Russian dishes with her passion for eating healthy foods.
