No More Crying in the Kitchen

My daughter and I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, cooking and baking together. Her eyes are very sensitive when we cut onions, so she tends to leave to keep from feeling them sting and start crying. My eyes tear up but not as drastically. I used to put onion goggles on her, when she was little. Now I chop up a bag full of onions all at once and keep them in a zipper bag in the freezer. We have onions ready whenever we need! Just pull the bag out, give it a light whack on the counter and shake them out. Onions are always ready to use, with no more tears! Now there’s no more crying and we can spend more time together in the kitchen.
