Mommy’s Nutritious Disguised KITCHEN HACK!

Do you have someone in your family that has a hard time consuming their daily dose of potassium and protein and won’t swallow a banana or an egg for the life of them, but LOVES pancakes?... Try this! All you need is a banana, an egg, and a pinch of cinnamon! My 4 year old daughter struggles to force down her fruits and vegetables every day, so instead of watching her squirm and gag at the dinner table I mix her up some “disguised pancakes”! And it works!! She absolutely loves them! ♥️ You could do this with any other fruit/vegetable as well! Just mix it with an egg or two and hide the taste with a touch of honey, cinnamon, peanut butter, etc..!
