This dish is healthy as it contains vegetables and protein needed in our diet. Carbohydrates come from the gyoza wraps. Therefore, this meal provides long-term and short-term energy! We lowered the fat content by using lean ground pork and limiting the amount of oil used. Instead of pan-frying them, they can also be steamed.
