I have picky eaters at home. In order to get them to have greens and some veggies I make this quick parathas (Indian bread) with whole wheat and all the goodness in it. They enjoy the meal to the fullest. Here I have used bottle gourd, mixed greens, but you can mix any other kind of grated veggies (carrots, cauliflower, etc.) with some spices too. Hope your picky eater will get all the nutrients too.
