Gluten-Free Singapore Noodles

We have fun making Gluten-Free Singapore Noodles, one of our favourite family meals. The recipe is a personally altered celiac-friendly version of the Singapore noodle recipe found in Jean Pare's cookbook "Company's Coming" and the fresh pasta recipe comes from the cookbook "Americas Test Kitchen".
