Fruit Sorbet with Rhubarb Sauce & Apple Chips! (by Landed Learning)

The children at the UBC Farm together with Landed Learning's Food Educator Tori teach us how to cook a delicious Banana and Frozen Berries Sorbet. As topping for the sorbet the children also make some spiced apple chips and rhubarb sauce. Both the rhubarb and apples came from the farm! This is a delicious and healthy treat for sunny days!
