Basil & Ricotta Balls

These Ricotta Balls are great both hot and cold! Depending on what you like it is easy to customize them as well - this time we added cherry tomatoes to the original recipe because they were super sweet but olives go really well, grilled zucchini, if you are not vegetarian prosciutto cubes or pancetta ...DELICIOUS!!!
